For a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase of a Covered Product, Velux warrants that no water will leak through the installed skylight and the roof deck, provided the skylight is installed in accordance with Velux deck and curb mount skylight and related flashing installation instructions. *

3 Layers of water protection with new deck seal technology
- Pre attached deck seal on all deck mounted skylights provides a seal between the frame and roof deck for a leak-proof installation.
- Adhesive underlayment for secondary water protection against the harshest weather conditions
- Engineered flashing for easy installation and primary water protection.
Warranty applies to both deck mount and curb mount skylights.
